MoH CCME how many different streams

Hi,

How many different MoH streams can streamed from flash?

Can we have multiple?

Is it possible to have different groups SALES/ MKT/ etc listen to a different stream?

Does CCME support an external MoH stream

cme does support an external MOH source. see the following link for more info:

cannot find any option to configure a single CME system to supply more than one MOH stream simultaneously.

With CCME, you can have only one MoH stream. Also MoH is only played to external callers (PSTN users or other callers via VoIP), not to the local IP Phones that are registered to the CCME.

Yes, it does support an external live feed via FXO or E&M. Check this link for details
