CS 3.0.4 - Device Summary Window is Blank

Hi,

I recently upgraded to Common Services V.3.0.4. When I bring up the Summary Window via Device Centre - Select Device it is blank. Function buttons are still available.

LMS is 2.5. Platform is Solaris 5.8.

Anyone got any ideas why this might be happening?

This is typically a problem with Tomcat. This used to be an issue when a proxy server was set, but that is fixed in CS 3.0.4. Therefore, the problem should generate an error in /opt/CSCOpx/MDC/tomcat/logs/stdout.log. If you tail -f this file then reproduce the problem in Device Center, you should see a Java stack trace or some other kind of error.
