Where I can find 3rd-Party Software for Cisco IP Phones?

Can anybody send me the URL on cisco.com that list the 3rd-party software vendors and features that we can buy and integrate with our IP Telephoney system.

I am looking for "intercom" feature that allow the director to force the intercom or speaker when the other end is busy or engaged..

Thanks Chris, but the site seems down or name cannot be resolved.

There was a link on cisco.com showing the sofware partners or approved partners that I am strugling to find!!
