While connected to AP cannot connect via telnet or GUI to same AP

Strange problem, when connected to a particular AP, I can't seem to connect to the same one via telnet, web, or even ping the device successfully even though my client is connected and associated fine. This happens on all models/versions. Once I roam to another AP or connect via the wired LAN, I can then connect to the original AP using any method. Please see attachments for examples of this problem.

APs: 1200s, 1130s

software: 12.3(7)JA2
