Most of the Calls are getting disconnected immediately, once it is transferred to the Route Point.
PSTN => NON IOS MGCP GATEWAY => CCM => TRANSLATION PATTERN =>ROUTE POINT => QUEUING CTI PORTS => CALL LANDING TO L1-SKILL AGENT PHONE =>INCASE OF ESCALATION, TRANSFER THE CALL TO L2 SKILL GROUP QUEUE.
When transfering the calls from the L1 Agent to the L2 Skill Group Queue, the Calls were getting disconnected.
