Unity 4.2(1) voicemail only with Exchange 2000 on server. DUAL integration Cisco and CENTREX. (12-port Dialogic Card D/120JCT-LS Rev2)
I have been receiving complaints about stuttering audio from those users who contact Unity via the Dialogic card.
The stuttering playback doesn't appear to affect the Cisco integration.
I dialed into each of the 12 analog ports and was able to hear the audio stutter on a couple of them, but couldn't reproduce it at will. At the time the stutter occured there were no other analog calls in the system.
Server platform is a Dell Poweredge 2650 Dual 2GHz processor running Hyperthread with 3GB on board memory. CPU utilization at the time was less than 25%.
The stuttering seems to apply to both "canned" playback and recorded messages. (Think "Max Headroom")
Any ideas how to make it stop?
