Setting up a Gatekeeper

In my current setup I have a Cisco Gateway that all calls come into and are forwarded out to the PSTN. I want introduce a Gatekeeper to allow calls from RemoteA to RemoteB. Dial-peers on each remote are impossible as I have over 500 remotes. Remotes are a 1760 router with FXS cards and analog phones hanging off.

Can anyone send me a link to a good article on configuring and setting this up?

RemoteB should hang off the LAN in diagram below.
