Hi
The message waiting indicator is not to be shown on the ip phone when the message comes also there is no led glow when the message has come.But when the unity vm number is dialled and password is given the message it informs about the new message wherein we can retrieve it.We hane a ccm 4.1 and unity 3.1 Do i need to activate any service.Thanks in advance

Do you have MWI pilots configured in CCM? If so, dial them (on and off) from the phone and see if you can make the light come on that way. If so try the "refresh mwi" in unity.

Check your TSP version on the Unity. You may need to upgrade this.
Also, where the lights working before? Did this just stop all of sudden?
You can voicemail lights fairly easy with the IP Phone.
If your MWI light on code is 8400, you should be able dial 8400 to turn your light on.
If your MWI light OFF code is 8401, do the same to turn it off.
If you get nothing, you have a problem in CallManager first off based on your voicemail port setup.
You may also have a sync issue with Unity and the Exchange server. In the Unity UTIM, try a manual sync to see if updates the phones.
