To upgrade Cisco 2600 with default 32 Mb DRAM, I would like to know that Cisco 2600 ship with 1 slot 32 Mb DRAM
or 16x2 MB DRAM, then I could decide to order 32Mb x1 or x2.

The 2620 has two slots for DRAM and one slot for FLASH. A standard 2620 w/ 32 MB uses a single DIMM.
The maximum DRAM capacity is 64 MB and 16 MB FLASH. With a bootrom upgrade the FLASH capacity can be expanded to 32 MB.
