Hi,
I have noticed that the logs at CDR in CallDetailRecord was not real time. In conncetion with this Id like to ask a configurtion on how to become this real time. thanks

"All CDR records are written to the local database on each Cisco CallManager and then moved from the local database to the publisher database for the cluster in a low priority thread at 1-minute intervals."

Thanks for your response, this wat happen when i try to trace the call, I saw the call stored on the cdr database but the problem is datetimeorigination was not the same time with our area or it the call manager. can you please help me with this, thanks so much
