Call timer on Cisco IPT Environment

I am planning to implement a call timer on an enterprise cisco IPT environment. I want all outbound calls to be dropped say after 10minutes, cos most of my users are abusing the phone. I use AS5350 gateway to connect to the PSTN and run CCM4.1(3)

Can anyone help with the configuration or available 3rd party solution to achieve this?

I don't know about "call drop" but you could implement "one-button" Extension Mobility, set Enforce Maximum Login Time to TRUE and set a time limit (between 1 Minute and 1 Week ins the range) and prevent Multiple Logins Here is a link to EM:

Another idea might be "time-based" COR using the Time Schedule feature with CCM 4.1(3), however this could really complicate your dial plan.
