Hi,


I have a customer requirement to have a directory listing in the auto attendant. Listing the employee name and number, so that the caller can make a selection and then get connected to the person they have called.


Also is there a way I can have a custom script search for the first few letters of the first name instead of the last name to connect the call?

There are sample AA scripts available on CCO downloads (Check under CUE) which can do Dial by name and number both at same time. Here is a sample script.


User Name to User step to compare the name entered with the user's first and last name. You should make sure all users have their names recorded as well as set in CUE gui their first and last names properly.
