Yes, the 7920 will work with the following access points with G radios:
C1200 with G; C1130; and C1300.
There should be no changes that you need to do on a Cisco AP for a G radio,vs an AP with a B radio in order to get the 7920's to function. However,please make sure you are following the 7920 deployment guide's AP settings
