7970 phones not ringing phone

We have six 7970 phones installed and have experienced issues with some phones not ringing. The MWI light will appear without ringing the phone and vm will be heard. This has occurred on more than one occasion. I have firmware 7.0.2 SR1s code loaded. If anyone can assist it would be greatly appreciated.

I had some problems with previous firmware versions, but have been running 7.0.3 for some time without any problems. I would recommend upgrading the firmware.

Thanks. I've upgraded two of the phones as a test bed. Hopefully this firmware will resolve the issue.Thanks again
