IOS upgrade through RME

Hi, I am trying to upgrade our 3550CAT switch through RME, showing error "check flash0 exist". It has only one option to select in RME->distribute by devices->storage options->flash0, but Switch IOS dir is named as flash:. How can i change the target directory from flash0 to Flash.

Running Cisco LMS 2.5 & RME V.4.0.1

That *sounds* like an RME bug - I think it just has to know what filesystem(s) exist on a device, otherwise you'll get some error like that.

The running IOS version of 3550 is 12.1(13)EA1a. The strange thing is when i tried to upgrade Cat3560 IOS it is showing flash1 and error is "check flash1 exist". 3560 IOS version is 12.1(19)EA1d.

Please advice.

I think you are running into bugs here

Looks like bug CSCsb30408 which is resolved in RME 4.0.2
