A missed call is rejected when forwarded

Setup:

CCM 4.1.3

H.323 GW

Here is the scenario:

All calls to any extention in partition_X are forwarded to 0900 if not answered (no answer internal, and external). There is nothing wrong with this setting, and it works fine for all calls.

Exeption:

If a call is made to xxxx in partition_X, and this call is forwarded to yyyy in the same partition but not answered. The call is rejected.

At the gateway this is what I see:

Parts of the ccm logfile is attaced.

A short explanation of what you need to know:

CNA are forwarded to DN 0900 in partition_X. 0900 is translated to DN 3002 in partition_Y.

3002 is a Routepoint for the attendats (using Netwise). The call is then placed in ctiports for queueing.

3000000 is the DN of the first cti. (as shown in ccmlogfile)

I can't see any location/bw errors here, and I am at a loss. Help apreciated

Line interruptions due to an external source can result in this symptom. These include physical separation of the cabling, red or yellow T1 alarms, or lightning striking somewhere along the network.
