CER for Multiple Clusters

Can CER support Multiple Clusters. I am proposing a Multiple Cluster (4) for a client with only (2)CER pair in one cluster supporting all the clusters.

Can it be done or will I need a Separte CER for each cluster.

If CER can support multiple cluster then how many Clusters can be supported by a CER pair?

CER Group can support multiple CCM Clusters, from the Admin Guide http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps842/products_administration_guide_chapter09186a008061741a.html#wp1026879
