Cisco Works RME

Within Ciscoworks 2000 whenever I try to select any options within RME I receive the following notification:

"This software is provided for evaluation purposes only and will be operational for 90 days. If this is not an evaluation copy, click this link for information about obtaining a valid purchase license or click here for current licensing information. Otherwise, please contact your Cisco representative for purchasing information."

When I click on "click here for current licensing information" it displays the license information and reports that all packages have an expiration date of never including RME.

Is there anything that can be done to stop this notification from appearing?

1) Goto \CSCOpx\etc\licenses and verify how many lic files you have and open

each one to see if you have any duplicates

2) Delete *.lic files which have duplicate contents

3) Now go to Common Services->Server->Admin->Licensing

Stop and restart the LicenseServer

Wait about 5 minutes in between stop and start.

4) Go to License Information CiscoWorks UI

You Are Here Server->Admin->Licensing

5) Update the license received from Cisco (i.e license file LMS20050308084818948.lic)

6) Close all the CiscoWorks sessions.

7) Then launch CiscoWorks from a browser and navigate through all the applications.
