Hi guys

A client wants a unified messaging solution that can work with the following nortel products. Can Cisco unified messaging solution work here?

Call Pilot Unified Messaging 4.0 IPE 201i system for 81C for maximum of 2,200 voice/desktop users, 350 storage hours and 40 voice channels with the following Configuration:

Call Pilot Voice Users -20 users

Call Pilot Desktop Messaging - 20 users

Call Pilot FAX Capability - 20 users

Call Pilot 2 Additional FAX Channels

Call Pilot 2 Additional Voice Channels

Call Pilot IPE Monitor Peripheral Kit

Are you talking about using Unity as the UM solution with Nortel? Yes it can. You would need to decide which is the best way to route calls into the Unity server from the Nortel.
