1721 router rebooting automatically

Hi to All

My Router is getting reset/reboot automatically. I am using 1 mbps Internet Lease line from my ISP. i had put console running & got following message....

Hi Sanjay,

try to get in to ROMMON prompt by pressing ctrl+Break key during the booting process & set the register value as 0x2102 by entering "config-register 0x2102" & restart your router.

if still it doesn't help you out, please let me know abt that.

it is showing the same value at sh version command.

may be something else....

i think this might be because of improper ground or earthing problem i belive. if you say its not the problem with that, try to reload the IOS with a different one.
