I want to know if is posible to configure a Catalyst 4500 with supervisor Engine V as a VMPS server.

Yes, it is possible to the configure the VMPS configured on Cat4000 with Sup 5.

No, you need a CatOS device such as a Cat 5000. I think the older Cat 4000 Supervisors could do this (Sup1 and Sup2) since they were CatOS. I don't think the feature was added to the Cat 6000/6500.

In the link you provided, it states "A Catalyst 4500 series switch running Cisco IOS software does not support the functionality of a VMPS."
Only CatOS supports VMPS; IOS supports VMPS client, but not server.

Yep, that's what I thought as well. I looked into this a while ago for a customer and you need a CatOS device (or an appliance) to act as the VMPS Server.
This is an old technology now however and isn't going anywhere. 802.1x (dot1x) seems to be the way forward for dynamic VLAN's. I have configured this a couple of times and it does work quite well but you do need clients that have 802.1x supplicants.
