Router and number of remote connections?

Hi.

I'm working in a company where there is a need of a router which must have the capability to carry more than 20 remote desktop connections in order to connect to an ERP (server) through ADSL VPN provided by our ISP (access list).

Which router i have to buy in order to have flawless routing?

Hello,

a router such as the Cisco 1801 should be more than sufficient for your requirements. Just make sure that you have enough bandwidth for your > 20 concurrent remote connections, since each RDP connection uses up approximately 30kbps at any given time (as opposed to e.g. ICA clients, where bandwidth utilization goes down when the session becomes inactive).
