is this still a problem

Here is an snipet from an older converstion:

Per Cisco this is a bug. When using the directory list with more then 10 users the call status will not work correctly. If you show 10 users or less the call status will work.

We have a customer that needs to see if calls are forwarded to VM. It works sometimes? I realize that the (GUI)screen need refreshing to see updates. But it sometime won't display the correct status even after a refresh.
