Hi what are the configurations need to do on a router for 2mbps leased line connection. i have wan ip for serial and link has been connected to serial port of router through csu/dsu(v.35). lan ip pool also given by isp which i want to know how to use it. after the router it goes to firewall then switch to all workstation. Thanks in advance

Hi,
This is a very generic question.
However here are the steps that you need to do for this.
1) Assign the wan ip address provided by ISP to the serial interface.
2) Add a default route in your router, pointing the next hop ip address as the ISP's Serial interface end.
3) Usage of LAN subnets is purely based on your design requirement.
If you only want secure browsing, you can assign public ip address for the ethernet interface of the router and the firewalls outside interface and do PAT in the firewall for General internet browsing.
If you want to have a server hosted your inside network which needs to have reachability from internet ( like webserver, mail server etc), you can do a static nat configuration in the firewall to acheive this.
