Im deploying CISCO unity connection 1.X for a single site. The partition & Call Search are created on CM 4.1. Two phones are added to this partition on the call manager to make a local test (Phone1 -to- Phone2 ).

Hunt pilot number on Voice Profile is 2010 and the start DN for voice voice port is 3000 . I configured Phone 1 extension (2015) and phone 2 extension (2011) on Cisco unity connection .

when im dialing 2010 ( pilot numer ) im getting busy tone or when the phones calling each other it keep ringing without leaving MWI

Could you feed me back for deploying cisco unity connecton on a single site.

Regards,

What are the numbers you actually assigned to the voicemail ports? Did you create a Hunt List that the pilot number points to? Go to the voicemail port list, and try to dial one of the ports directly? Does Unity Connection answer?

Hi Mohammed,

Here are some excellent Unity Connection docs. I think that the 2 problems are definitely related. Once you solve the problem of being able to dial 2010, then ensure that Phone1 and Phone2 are set to forward no answer and forward busy to to the Pilot number using the foward to VM checkbox. Let us know how you make out.
