"Each interface can only have one inbound and one outbound access list for each protocol. This means that an interface can have either a standard inbound or an extended inbound IP access list, but not both" Is this mean, I can not have one extended access-list for inbound and one standard access list for outbound? I I can only use one type of access list for both in/out bound?

That is correct. You can have only one ACL in each direction for each protocol, be it standard or extended.
