We are upgrading to IPCC Express 4.0. Have a script that we are testing - simple queueing that offers caller in queue option to leave voice mail. When caller selects to transfer to voice mail, we are getting the following:
Exception: Failed to get ICD Channel from Contact.
This is happening on either the call redirect step or the dequeue step. The caller gets connected to voice mail so the call isn't aborted. Just the exception that pops.
Have tried deleting both steps and adding back in. Still get the exception.
This worked fine in 3.5 but not in 4.0... Can't find anything in documentation anywhere that addesses this exception.
Any ideas???
