IPCC Express Desktop Agents not installing "Error sllapi.dll missing"

Morning

Trying to install Cisco Agent desktop on windows xp and 2000 and getting the error sllapi.dll missing. Done a google search on this dll and nothing.

Any ideas.

What version of IPCC Exprss and CAD agent?

Are you able to install it on any PC or just a few giving this problem? Got full admin rights on the PC?

Any ideas if supervisor and agent can be run on same pc?

I figured out the issue.  You have to place this “sllapi.dll” in the following location:

C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\bin
