Can anyone tell me if the Cisco VPN Client works with the PIX 501? I am able to use the client with my PIX 520 right now but i want a cheaper option for a smaller office.

The Cisco VPN Client can be used to log into any line of PIX running 6.0+ version of code.
And Yes, the Pix 501 can act as a VPN Server for Cisco VPN Clients. Also keep an eye on the license, number of connections, performance and scalability when deploying the Pix 501's.
