Lost Heartbeat with the Supervisor

I am running WiSM with ver 4.0.179.8 and I am getting these messages in the traps section of the WiSM.

Does anyone know what they are and if I need to worry about them?

You should worry about them a bit. If you get to 5 missed hearthbeats the Sup will reboot the CFC the WiSM rides on. I have noticed that you will get these messages if the CFC is getting overloaded with information. Please make sure that you are VTP pruning the non-wireless VLAN from thr port channelt that is connecting them.
