Background image directory on CCM 5.0(4)

Hi, I am trying to find information about the directory location for the image files on CCM 5.0(4).

On CCM 4 you place the image files and the List.xml in folder that you have to manually create:

C:\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath\Desktops\320x212x12.

Does anyone know what needs to be done on CCM 5.0? Everthing that I have found on creating the image files refers to the TFTP upload document on 5.0. However, the TFTP document does not specify the directory for the image files. I am not seeing a Desktops\320x212x12 directory on my CCM 5.0(4) system.

Thanks,

Tom.

Callmanager 5.x has a predefined directory structure that does not show empty folders in

the GUI view.

By specifying the correct directory outlined in the phone configuration guide the gui will store the files and the directory listing will show up.

Thanks for the reply! I just got the same information from TAC. Dang, it sure would have been helpful if they mentioned the directory structure was already created in the 5.0(4) docs. The docs for CCM 4.1 state that you have to manually create the directories.
