I get an unable toi connect to the IPPA service

The othe rthing is the the .jso is NOT in that directory

Is this a coresident or standalone install ?

THe IP address in the URL will be ip address of callmanager if its coresident.

In short, here are some brief steps.

a. Complete IPCC cluster and server setup

b. Update RMJTAPI provider , JTAPI provider in IPCC.

c. Manually associate in CM, agent phones to rmjtapi user.

d. Create CTI ports (JTAPI CC groups in IPCC).

e. Create application / script

f. Create Application trigger in IPCC (Creates CTI route point in IPCC and also associates jtapi user with CTI ports and CTI route point that was created earlier)

g. Create telecaster user, associate all agent phones with this user.

h. Create agent users, associate their appropriate phones and select the ICD check box. You should be able to setup CSQ, resources, skills etc in IPCC (RMCM Config page).

i. Create ip phone service mentioned in CAD install guide.

j. Subscribe agent phones to this servivce.

k. You can optionally setup one button login.

You should be able to login to the queue right now.

Thanks for all the detail.

I am running standalone..

I have created a queue and I can get a call into the queue. The issue appears to be te IP Phone agent service. I have created the ONEButtonlogoin and out and when I hit the service on the phone I get Unable to connect to the IPPA service.

It is running on the CRS server any Ideas?

Try restarting IPPA service in CRS.

For Onebutton login the URL should end with IPAgentLogin.asp. For accessing the URL via Services button, you should use the url ending with IPAgentInitial.asp.
