IP PHONE ISSUE

Hi,


We are having a CCM 3.3(3)sr4 cluster running. Recently we are facing some starange problem. When a call lands at an IP PHONE and when the user press the Answer key the user is not able to hear anything. Also when the user lifts the handset the result is same. but it is not for all the calls.


Also when they press the Speaker button they are receiving the dial tone after sone seconds. Not immediately.


How to solve this issue. I am parallely working on the traces. If somebody had faced this problem before please let me know.
