IP Communicator Unregister

IP Communicator 2.0.2 and CME 4.0(0), IOS 12.4(9)T1. The IP Communicator never registers with CME. I turned on the enable logging but I don't see any logs or anything under

My Documents/Cisco IP Communicator

Windows 2000 Professional Desktop

If I use the same IP Communicator by changing the TFTP server ip address to point to CallManager 4.2, it registered and works fine.

Thanks!

Raymond

Try

ephone 1

mac-address <>

type CIPC

Make sure the mac-address of the NIC you are using to register matches up with what is configured under ephone 1.

Also if you are telnet to the router you need "term mon" to see logs, even if you enable logging.
