Skins for IP Communicator

Does anyone know of a tool to create skins for the ip communicator? I know that it comes with a couple skins, so I assume you can create more, but I can't find any documentation about it.

User can choose from two modes mercurio.xml or default.xml.Right-click on any part of the Cisco IP Communicator interface to access the right-click menu.Refer URL

Yes I realize what is there to choose from. I would like to add to that my own skins so I can expose and hide what I would like to for my users.
