Hi...
I have a cisco 3725 router.
I'm using a wan interface card with 2 port. And There is one a blank interface.
but it's printed "DO NOT INSTALL WAN INTERFACE CARDS WITH POWER APPLIED" on the blank interface card faceplate.
I dont' know it what means is.
Is it means that I don't add a new wan interface card ?
what's that means ?
I need ur help now.
thanks....

"DO NOT INSTALL WAN INTERFACE CARDS WITH POWER APPLIED" this statement says that you should not intert WIC card when the router is switched on. First turn off the router and then insert the modules.

Hi Friend,
This means the WAN INTERFACE CARDS doesnot support ONLINE INSERTION AND REMOVAL (OIR) on the router. i.e whenever you have to insert a WIC card in the router you have to power it off and then power it on again.
HTH, Please rate if it does.
