We are having this scenario:
Incoming IP calls from IPphones with VTA arrive to CVP Comprehensive deployment; they trigger a script that checks agent status and transfers them to an agent with VTA attached.
Calls go through only with audio and are terminated after about 10 seconds. If we take the VTA out of the picture, transfers happen without issues.
Seems that there are some issues with H.323 capabilities negotiation...
Have you ever had this scenario?
Please share any advise/thoughts.
