VPDN tunnel doesn't work

Hi,

I have got a LNS (cisco 7200) and I connect to a LAC.

The odd thing is that some users are connected with an IP address but they are experience with problem about opening determined web pages.

I can't understand why because they can send pings or traces.

Is there anything wrong in L2TP authentication?

Does anyone know anything?

I resolved that issue but I have another problema.

Lot of our customers don't surf in the web but the vpdn session is working.

I don't understand what is the problem?
