I use two seperate VPNs. At a particular site one of them works and the other doesn't, although it works at other sites. This site has an ADSL modem, a router and a 24 port switch. The modem is in bridge mode, the router has nothing enabled in the config (eg. firewall) and allows VPN pass-through.

Is it possible for the site setup to affect one of the VPNs but not the other?Should I be looking for the problem at the server end of the VPN?

The log shows that the initial handshake seems to happen, but then the clent receives something that it labels as having "unknown capabilities". After that it just retransmits until it gives up.
