Given the following show commands and config file. Why can't I surf the Internet through the LAN port on the Router?

I do not see an IP NAT OUTSIDE configured on any of your interfaces. I am guessing you are using Dialer 1 for your outside interface. You will need to add IP NAT OUTSIDE to it.

hi rwyates,
i did what you told me.. but still (the Internet Account Works fine with the PC) but when I connect the Router and make the call and Log In, i cannot surf the web through the PC.
This is what a cybercafe configuration should have, there must be something wrong in there, anyone have a cybercafe configuration to look at? This is Internet Dial UP, not ISDN.
I post the config file and some troubleshooting commands..

I was using the wrong DNS server from the ISP.
