What is the meaning of RPC Message Typ 3 class 39

I have an 3750er Catalyst. This switch sends me an Error Message:Platform_RPC-3-MSG_Throttled: RPC Typ 3 Class 39 . What RPC Message is Throttled (RPC Typ 3 Class 39.

Let us know what all messages you are getting. Is that the only log message that you have.

Can you paste the switch configuration.

Here is the explanation:

Symptom:

The following message is displayed on a Catalyst 3750 or 3560 switch:

%PLATFORM_RPC-3-MSG_THROTTLED: RPC Msg Dropped by throttle mechanism: type 3, class 39, max_msg 4, total throttled 16

Condition:

The user is trying to create a routed interface when snmp-server ifindex persist

is configured.

Workaround:

Remove the command snmp-server ifindex persist from the configuration.

Additional Information:

The command snmp-server ifindex persist is not supported on the Catalyst 3750, 3560, and 2970
