If I have 3 3750 switches connected together with the backplane cables and one of them reboots due to a power glitch, do all of them?

Not at all. If all the switches are connected to the same power source, they might reboot together.. but one switch going down on a stack will not ramper the stack's performance.... the master/slave relation is recalculated and assigned to the current switch which is up. you can read on the "stacking technology" on the CCO to know more about this...
Hope this helps.. all the best.. rate replies if found useful..

This is the part that confused me, they all report the same amount of uptime...
When the master moves does the uptime restart?

Sure you don't have them all on the same power supply ?

hello larson,
If the master goes out, it does not restrat anything... If it does, there is no use of a technology like stacking.... just go to the child switches and see a "show version" and see the reason for a reboot... if it says the systems restarted by power-on, i guess all these switches are in the same power supply and it is manually rebooted.. take a note of this..
Hope this helps.. all the best. rate replies if found useful..
