Integrating CallManager/MGCP Gateway with NT Meridian Norstar Plus ICS Modu

Does anyone have experience integrating a Norstar Plus ICS Modular Key system with CallManager via PRI?

I have done this many times with an Option 11C or 81 PBX but never with a Norstar Key System.

I haven't been able to find documentation about this specific integration.

Can set the the T1 trunk up as a CAS T1 on the Norstar system? Then on the MGCP port, set this for CAS T1, top down or bottom up, etc.
