That key is not active here

we have 7940 with two lines - we want to be able to forward the second line from the phone but when i select the line to forward the phone says that key is not active here. i'm going to search the help in call manager.

any ideas?

You can only forward your primary line using the CFwdALL softkey, in order to forward other lines you will need to use either the CCMAdmin page or the CCMUser page.

Whats the reason behind the inactive CFwaALL in the remaining lines except eh primary.

Trying to collect it but not able to, pls help
