Is there anybody that can help with support for this product ??
we would like to use it for our "home workers" but have some support issue's.

If you have some issues and have a valid Cisco Contract open a TAC Case.

Hi Scott,
It's a pretty simple product to use.
If you dont have the resources internally, would suggest smartnet contract with each licence.
Or are you having a specific problem getting it installed and going?

Hi Tim,
Its pretty specific..........We cannot get the "services" page to display, all we get is what looks like a load of html code. Everything else is fine. We need the services page for extension mobility purposes.
Oh and its only the Win XP Pro machines that have this problem , the others run dinosaur Win2K and they are fine.

Are you running a VPN client on all the boxes? I had an issue with a Checkpoint VPN client causing the same issue on the services page. I had to disable the VPN security policy, launch IPC, then re-enable the security policy. Once IPC had the file it needed, it was good to go, Services button and all.
