Documenting Call Manager Configuration

Howdy all,

I may be getting old but I seem to remember someone mentioning a software product that could analyze CM and then spit out a Visio document on the dial plan and other information for the purposes of documenting the system. Was I dreaming or does anyone remember anything of the sort?

Check out CM Reports. www.cmreports.com

Or you can check out Variphy (www.variphy.com). Look out for Enterprise Insight, Good product to have if you are working for a VAR.
