**ERROR**: call_progress: DEV_CONNECTED VOICE ERROR.

Hi,

I keep getting this error in the debug isdn q931 but weird thing is that the call is able to connect and disconnect.

I'm facing some delay, that is, the first 2 seconds, external parties would not be able to hear the IP phone caller/callee.

Hope anyone has some comments on this.

- What is type of GW are you using? MGCP or H.323?

- What is the model of the GW?

- What IOS are you using?

Take a look to this bug:

Symptom:

An unnecessary error message is thrown after the call is connected.

*May 22 22:38:33.691: ISDN Se1/0:23 Q931: TX -> CONNECT pd = 8 callref = 0x8001

*May 22 22:38:33.703: ISDN Se1/0:23 Q931: RX <- CONNECT_ACK pd = 8 callref = 0x01

*May 22 22:38:33.703: ISDN Se1/0:23 **ERROR**: call_progress: DEV_CONNECTED VOICE ERROR: Bearer capability not available(0x3A): b channel 0 call id 0x1

Conditions:

After the call is connected .The Error message is thrown .

Workaround:

None

Upgrading the IOS normally fix the problem (if you are on a version that hits this bug)

I'm having same error with cisco 2821 H.323 GW( IOS 12.4.11T.) with CCM 5.04 Did you solve problem?

Could this error be related with initial 2 seconds delay?
