Shut/no shut under the voice port should clear it. The question is why does it stuck in that state? Are you trying to dial-in an FXO without supervisory disconnect? That is a non-no.

I had tried all the options except restarting which i dont want to do,It might have gone to s_wait_stats bcoz debug vpm and debug voip ccapi commands,But not sure,
