Hi, my phone has to shared lines, and i want to know if it is possible to have my calls diverted to the idle line, if i am recieving a call on the primary line. Thanks.

Hi Chika,


This is certainly possible. Here is an example;


Line 1 - DN 1111 (Primary)

Line 2 - DN 2222


On CCM under the Device>Phone> Directory Number Configuration for Line 1 (DN 1111) change the Parameter> Forward Busy > Destination to 2222.


The only downside to this is that this will apply to all shared line appearances of 1111 and 2222.
