I have a couple of questions and need your help to figure out the right answers:

1. The amount of traffic shown on reports for specific user on certain vlan is greater than the traffic shown for the whole vlan, how it comes!!

2. The amount of traffic shown on reports is drastically different for that one shown on the reports, out of the ordinary!!

3. When you try to Export the data on the screen to a PDF file it got the data for one day before (i.e the date shown is one day minus the actual date), why!!

4. Could I create a customize application under the reports tap for a particular application running in my domain!!

5. Under monitor tap video/voice, could I add new type of file formats which not exist!!
